We needed a bigger car. We knew we wanted a suburban, and since we plan to keep this car for a long time, we wanted to buy new. I forty due to COVID-19, supply was way down. Kirby and the team at Roy’s is beyond belief and highly recommended. The process was seamless, simple and fair, all the things I look for in a dealership. We actually brought a new Blazer RS for the wife last month and this purchase was for my son, the Trailblazer. The whole experience was so great with the Blazer that we brought the soon the be WSU graduate son to purchase the Trailblazer. We had experience with parts, service (added the blue lit bowtie in grill) and sales and all were excellent.
If you're like me, getting through 2020 was not an easy thing. I was hoping at the start of 2021 that life would start to get back to normal again, if you are reading this review I hope that was the case for you. For me and my family that was not the case. My 12 year old son suffers from Crohn's disease and was hospitalized on Jan. 6th due to stomach pain that would double him over. He spent a total of 2 months off and on from January through early April. The incredible doctors at Children's Hospital performed surgery and my son's condition has since improved. However, on his first day home from the hospital, as I was driving into work at 3 in the morning, my truck started to have trouble accelerating and the check engine light started to blink. I limped into a mechanic later that day and paid 850 dollars for a new fuel injector and spark plug. Problem was, it did nothing to fix the problem, good bye 850 dollars. As I unwillingly counted out my money, paying for nothing, the mechanic suggested I take the truck to the Chevy service department, good advice, but not what I wanted to hear. I rolled over to Roy Robinson praying that the truck wouldn't completely brake down on me and wondering when life would start to get a bit easier, the truck was a 2015 with only 88,000 miles on it, what... the xxxx! I arrived and right away Woody at the service desk began to take care of me in a very professional manner. He later diagnosed that the truck's engine could be repaired but that it would be a major operation, 4,000 dollars major, with no guarantee that he wouldn't find more things wrong. Or, he informed me, that I could buy a new engine, 9,000 dollars. Neither of these "solutions" seemed all that great to me, and it seemed like the afternoon was just steadily getting worse and I looked up at the sky for clouds thinking, a lightning bolt must be charging up to strike my xxx to finish out the day strong, thanks a lot universe. I then asked Woody, great guy, what I could get on the truck if I just traded it in. In no time at all he had a figure for me from his friend in the sales department that I thought was very reasonable considering the shape that the truck was in. Finally an upturn on the luck I was having. I sat down with Adam Tinsley, that's ADAM TINSLEY everybody- Auto and Harley enthusiast, to go over the next steps. I can smell a xxxxxxx car salesman from two miles away and I can't stand that kind of headache and was in no way prepared to deal with it, thankfully Adam is the direct opposite of that most depraved and dishonest of human beings. He didn't know it, but he had my dream truck for sale on his lot. Without wasting my time on anything else, he had me in it, driving it around. Hands down, best feeling I've had since the year started, and I began to get excited. Back at his desk, I asked him to lower the price, and to give me his best the first time so we didn't have to go back and forth, you know, where the salesman says he'll go talk to his manager and instead goes and grabs a sandwich and catches a bit of the mariner game. No, he was back at the desk in two minutes and had knocked such a substantial chunk off the asking price that I felt no more need to bargain. Within the next half hour I had keys in my hand, the best auto interest rate I've ever had, a beautiful black Silverado 1500 RST with an aftermarket exhaust that makes sounds like a growling beast about to attack, a smile on my face and a brighter outlook on the rest of this year, especially summer. Thank you Tom Woodward, Matt O'neal, and thank you Adam Tinsley, you have earned a customer for life.

We have purchased RVs and vehicles from Roy's over many years, in addition to using their service departments. Bic helped us recently find a new Colorado to meet our needs. Customer service was great, as we've come to expect. What stood out this time was that we wanted to look at another trim level of the model we'd decided on and Bic and company arranged to pull a model from another dealer and had it driven up from Seattle so we could check it out. That made our decision a lot easier and we ended up buying the one they already had on the lot. That level of service is what keeps us coming back.

I worked with Andrew Manseth and Peter Granath to lease a Chevy Silverado and both were amazing. Neither were pushy yet both were experts in their fields (Andrew with Subaru and Peter with Chevy). They were thorough in explaining features, were patient with my questions (I had only every purchased vehicles and never leased) and you can tell that both truly enjoy their jobs. It can be a pretty tedious process buying/leasing a vehicle but both made the process much more enjoyable. Roy Robinson will be my go-to dealership as long as they are employed there!
